lunchtime

I am having a nutella sandwich and skips. I wish we could get skips in Houston. They are so yummy. I think I will have a miniroll too. I love British chocolate.

Grandma Day,

On Friday I had a Grandma day. She gave me a bath, dressed me, brushed my hair and cleaned my teeth. Then we played 3 games of snakes and ladders and I won all 3 games. At lunch time I sat on Grandma's knee and ate a mint icecream. In the afternoon we went to the Paint a pot place and I painted two cuddling cats. Then we went grocery shopping with Mummy.

Aunty Paula's house

I went for a walk with Steinway, Aunty Paula and Christopher.
Then we went to meet 2 horses.
Tonight I am sleeping over at their house with mum.

getting around in Paris

Instead of walking, we took the boat.

We went to the Eiffel Tower. We took photos from the second level. It was windy. I liked the view.

Monday 19th July

We ate bread and pate at a picnic by the lake. I had a teddy cake.
We went for a long walk round the lake.
We played minigolf. Isobel won.
Then we had a cold drink in a cafe. I had apple juice.
Then we bought icecream and other food at the grocery store.
Soon Mom will make dinner.

Eating pears

I bit a pear and my wobbly tooth came out.

The tooth fairy brought me one Euro.

I'm here!

On the long flight I ate a grown-up meal of salmon and pasta.

My sisters traded seats with Mom and chatted to me.

Next we took a smaller plane from London to Paris. My chair got put with the luggage, so when we got off, a man wheeled me on Isobel's knee to the baggage reclaim.

Then another man took us to our taxi and we drove through the traffic into Paris. We all fell asleep, even Mom!

We sat on our hotel balcony and ate dinner. It was really hot so we slept with the doors open.

Next morning we caught a train to Limoges. We had lunch in the station and the man at the bar made me my first French pink milk - "un lait fraise". I ate a chocolate cupcake.
